We are taking this opportunity to refer a special realtor to you. His name is Jim Leon and he works with the White Flint office of Weichert, Realtors. When we decided to sell our home, we found it was both a logical and emotional decision. Jim told us up front what he could and could not do; what he expected and what the reality of the market was. He believed in the property, and in us. He realized that the sale of a home is not just the Realtor's commission - it is the seller's life. He could have had the sale after 13 days, but he realized that the sale was not in our best interests. He was with us all the way. When we did accept a contract, he stood with us during the entire process. He ensured that all obligations (ours and the purchaser's) were met on time and in an efficient manner. He advised us during each step of the way and really put us at ease.
